
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound raw, peeled and de-veined shrimp, frozen
- 2 Tablespoons of Homemade Italian Seasoning (recipe below), or 2/3 of an Italian seasoning packet
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lemon, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the shrimp, butter, seasoning and lemon on a 9×13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp is no longer great, and is now pink.
Notes: there will be a lot of seasoned butter in the pan with the shrimp. Dip crusty bread into the drippings, or spoon shrimp and butter sauce over cooked pasta. I would probably add more butter/seasoning if using as a pasta sauce.
Homemade Italian Seasoning:
- 2 Tablespoons onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- 2 Tablespoons oregano
- 2 Tablespoons basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 Tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
