Best/healthy homemade bread

Mix and cover for 5 min :

  • 1 1/2 cup warm milk (I microwave it for 1min 10sec)
  • 2T honey
  • 1 T yeast

Add in:

  • 2 T melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Then add 3 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour

Knead and let rise 1 hour.

Turn out on surface and flatten into a thick rectangle. Roll from the short end until you have a loaf and place in oiled bread pan. Let rise 1 hour.

Bake at 350 for 26 min
