<<<< This is my favorite brand. Tried the others, all of them.
This will make 5 Belgian waffles with a 7″ waffle iron. Our iron makes em 6.37″ to be exact.
Not sure of other sizes.
Add 1-1/2 cups water with 2 cups mix. I replace some of the water with a little milk to make em fluff up. Not a lot of milk. To much will make em puff UP too much!
Add 1.5 eggs, adding eggwhite is better for the .5, add yoke to make it just slightly less crisp when it cooks.
Add 1.5 Tbsp of Avocado Oil, its not needed just helps it not stick to the iron as easy.
Add A squirt of Vanilla Exact. Depends on how vanilla’y you want it.
Stir well and cook for around 2 mins. But totally up to your discretion on how crisp or soft you would like them. The great thing about this recipe is that you can gauge how you want it.

I love adding real blueberries and Smucker’s blueberry syrup and whipped cream.
But a good maple is awesome too!
