INGREDIENTS:

STIR FRY SAUCE

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 T corn starch or arrowroot
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • sesame seeds to garnish

VEGGIES

  • chopped broccoli (2-4 cups)
  • chopped cauliflower, about 2 cups
  • chopped carrots, 1 cup
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3-5 ribs of celery, choppped
  • whatever veggies you have!

2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Get a big frying pan and put it over a medium high flame.
  2. Add a few glugs of olive oil.
  3. Add the chopped veggies and saute until soft.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Add chopped chicken and sauce.
  6. Cook together until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice. Enjoy!
