
INGREDIENTS:
STIR FRY SAUCE
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 T corn starch or arrowroot
- 1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- sesame seeds to garnish
VEGGIES
- chopped broccoli (2-4 cups)
- chopped cauliflower, about 2 cups
- chopped carrots, 1 cup
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3-5 ribs of celery, choppped
- whatever veggies you have!
2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken
DIRECTIONS:
- Get a big frying pan and put it over a medium high flame.
- Add a few glugs of olive oil.
- Add the chopped veggies and saute until soft.
- Combine sauce ingredients in another bowl.
- Add chopped chicken and sauce.
- Cook together until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice. Enjoy!
