INGREDIENTS **Mix and let sit 10 min**

  • 1 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3T yeast
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup oil

Add in:

  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 cups flour

Knead and let rise 20 min.

Roll out into big rectangle.

Melt 1/3 cup butter and pour onto dough. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon all over.

Roll up, cut, and place in buttered 9×13 pan (i cut them about 2 in thick and use a 9×13 and a pie plate for all of them). Let rise 30 min. Bake at 400 for 15 min.

FROSTING:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4oz. Cream cheese
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • A few tablespoons milk
  • 1 T vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Add powdered sugar and milk alternately until desired sweetness and consistency.
